| Pilates focuses
primarily on the 'Core', or deepest abdominal muscles, and works the rest of the body from
this core connection. High Plains Pilates teaches pilates and yoga classes using a variety
of props and equipment. The studio main goal is to create a positive, non-intimidating
environment in which your individual concerns are heard and addressed. Whether you're a
competitive triathlete, sometime-athlete or confirmed spectator, High Plains Pilates will
